Queen Mary University of London is one of the UK's leading research-focused higher education institutions. The University have over 25,000 students, close to 4,500 members of staff and an annual turnover of £462m. QMUL teach and research across a wide range of subjects in the humanities, social sciences, law, medicine and dentistry, and science and engineering. They are based in a creative and culturally diverse area of east London and their site in Mile End is one of the largest self-contained residential campuses in the capital.
Outreach Provision
The Widening Participation team run a variety of activities designed to encourage specific students, from Year 5 through to Year 12, to consider university. Queen Mary offer a variety of talks and campus visits aimed at year 12 or 13 students at schools or colleges in the UK, including:
